The Foundation administers its own grants program to benefit The School District of Lee County. These grants provide an opportunity for educators and administrators to purchase the tools necessary to create innovative learning experiences and hands-on activities for students. Since its inception, this program has awarded almost $2,000,000 to fund these innovative projects.
The Foundation for Lee County Public Schools offers a selection of grants which include Arts and Music, Health/Fitness & Nutrition, Literacy, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Classroom, School & District grants are now OPEN.

2022 - 2023 Classroom and School Grant focus areas are:
- Literacy
- Arts and Music
- Health/Fitness/Nutrition
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
Classroom and School Grant Applications are now open for the 2022-2023 School Year.
Deadline to submit your completed application is
October 24, 2022.
