What is Wicked Walk?
Wicked Walk is a collaboration fundraiser between the School District of Lee County Arts Programs, Foundation for Lee County Public Schools, and the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center.
Wicked Walk creates an interactive, “haunted arts” tour through the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center. Participants interact and experience the production of Lee County visual and performing arts students.
The overall performance/design is centered around a specific theme and allows students to explore movie, visual design, literature, musical theatre and other performing arts mediums.
We host our annual Wicked Walk in October at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center, an enchanting celebration of the arts set against a spooky backdrop! This unique event showcased the talents of over 1,000 student artists from Lee County, featuring a variety of creations, including art pieces, installations, skits, dances, musical performances, and more, all inspired by Madness & Mayhem.
All proceeds from the event support the dedicated participating educators of the School District of Lee County Public Schools and the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center.
This year we have 60 Fine and Performing Arts programs from across the School District of Lee County. There are over 1,000 participating students and over 1,000 patrons expected to view the street performances or buy a tour ticket.
